PP28 Tail Wind

My dog Skipper again. I used a "dry brush" effect and created a stormy-looking background, which resulted in quite a dramatic picture. Compare this with PP39 where the same photo is worked in pastels in a lighter, sunnier setting, resulting in a completely different mood.
